Hampton Bays High School invites the community to attend its third annual Science Research Symposium on Wednesday, March 2 at 6 p.m. in the high school auditorium.

Eighteen students will present their scientific research on a wide variety of topics, including dolphin acoustics and echolocation, the effects of ray emission in stars and galaxies, the long-term effects of anesthesia on the developing brain, and macular degeneration.  
   
In addition, Brian Colle, director for the Institute for Terrestrial and Planetary Atmospheres at Stony Brook University, will give a keynote address.
