The Hampton Bays Athletic Department has a number of upcoming events in which all students and staff members are invited to participate. They are as follows:

Doc Fallot Wrestling Dual Tournament
On Saturday, Dec. 20 at 9 a.m., the varsity wrestling team will participate in a wrestling tournament involving eight Suffolk County schools. The tournament will take place in both gyms at Hampton Bays High School.

10th Annual Coaches vs. Cancer Basketball Tournament
On Monday, Dec. 29 and Tuesday, Dec. 30, Hampton Bays High School will host the Coaches vs. Cancer Varsity Boys and Girls Tournament. Games start at 11 a.m., 12:45 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. on both days. Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for students. Dedication Ceremony
On Tuesday, Jan. 6 at 5 p.m., a ceremony will be held to dedicate the wrestling room at the high school to Mike Fitzgerald, a former Hampton Bays High School physical education teacher who coached from 1974-2001.
