Los recuerdos más bonitos fueron con mi abuelo porque él siempre estuvo conmigo en mi infancia. También recuerdo con cariño el tiempo que pasé con mis amigos. Lo que más extraño de Colombia es la comida y la tranquilidad de vivir allí, sin preocupaciones.

Mi escuela era muy buena porque tenía un equipo de voleibol, y siempre pasaba el tiempo jugando con mis amigos. Fue allí donde aprendí a jugar voleibol. Ahora ya estoy acostumbrado a estudiar aquí; cada día que pasa, me siento más parte de este lugar.

Mi primer día de escuela fue bueno; me trataron bien, y todo salió bien. Lo más difícil fue aceptar que tendré que esperar muchos años para volver a Colombia. Esta experiencia ha cambiado mi manera de pensar porque me ha hecho valorar las cosas que no tengo ahora. Lo que me gusta de aquí es que tengo muchas más oportunidades de ganar dinero.

The most beautiful memories I have are with my grandfather because he was always with me during my childhood. I also cherish the time I spent with my friends. What I miss most about Colombia is the food and the tranquility I had there, living without worries.

My school was very good because it had a volleyball team, and I always spent my time playing with my friends. That’s where I learned to play volleyball. Now, I am already used to studying here, and with each passing day, I feel more like I belong.

My first day of school went well; they treated me kindly, and everything was good. The hardest part was realizing that I would have to wait many years before returning to Colombia. This experience has changed the way I think because it has made me appreciate the things I no longer have. What I like about being here is that I have many more opportunities to earn money.
