“MY ARRIVAL TO THE UNITED STATES”

When my dad told me to come to the United States, my mom didn't want to come because we were going to leave my family and we were going to leave our country and our people. My mom had a fight with my uncle, because we were coming and we were going to leave my grandmothers alone. Later, the day came, we said goodbye to my family, and we went to the border with my mother and my brother. We were living in Tijuana, then in Tamaulipas. Tamaulipas was where we tried to cross the border, but my dad sent for my two uncles to come with us. Then we tried to cross again, but we couldn't. Later, we crossed the border and a black car with a boy picked us up and took us to a house. We stayed there for a week without making noise. Then we went to live in a hotel near the house. Then they gave us our papers and we went by bus to Houston, Texas. We took another bus to Dallas, Texas and there a white truck and a big man picked us up. We went to a hotel to wait for my father to come for us and we waited for him until he arrived. He came for us and paid what was owed to the man. We left for another hotel. We waited for my uncles and we came to my dad's house. Until now, in the short time that I've known him, we've gotten along super wellllll.
