HB Schools Parent Portal
Welcome to the Parent Portal. The Portal is designed to enhance communication with parents of students in the Hampton Bays School District. Through the Portal, you will be able to access your student's:
- Attendance
- Bus Schedule
- Class Schedule
- Contact Information
- Grades
- Homework Assignments
- Immunization Record
- Progress Reports
- Report Cards
All information is secure and password protected, and is accessible from anywhere there is an Internet connection.
The Parent Portal is for the registration of all students in your household. It is only necessary to register one student from your family, and all will show on your portal page.

Please be sure to update your information such as telephone numbers and email addresses if a change occurs.
Verify Contacts in the Parent Portal
Every contact has to be in numerical order. Starting with the parents, then emergency contacts and then ending with the physician (if listed).
This can be done by simply scrolling down and changing the number next to the contact using the up or down arrow next to it. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Verify" button. If
you were successful, a box will appear saying verification was successful, click OK. You will then be able to access your student's academics.
You only have to do this once! The contacts must read, 1,2,3,4,5,6...
