Student-artists from Hampton Bays High School and Hampton Bays Middle School were excited to learn that their works were selected for a student exhibition at the Parrish Art Museum that will run through April 19.

The museum selected 15 works of art from high school students Daniela Gonzalez, Jessica Gutierrez, Josue Guzman, Kevin Guzman, Tristan Halsey, Marissa Kennedy, Milan Moraga, Jasmine Perez, Maizie Poulakis, Melina Rojas, Sofia Solano Cruz, Jessica Soledad, Jefersson Soyos, Diego Vivar and Nikola Zastkova.

A collaborative piece designed by high school life skills students is on display as well. In addition, two works of art from middle school students are featured: a 6-by-25-foot piece featuring sumi ink, created by seventh and eighth graders; and a Vasily Kandinsky-inspired dot painting, made by sixth graders.
