Hampton Bays High School recently hosted a successful 12th annual Science Research Symposium.

During the event, research students presented their findings on a wide variety of topics, including anthropogenic effects on piping plovers, nautical anthropogenic effects on whale acoustics, surgical treatment for chronic migraines, and the impact of AI on the labor market. Following the student presentations, attendees had an opportunity to ask questions. Also speaking during the event was guest speaker Dr. Gozde Ustuner from Brookhaven National Lab.
